Yoga Nut

One of my personal goals is to attain better balance in my life.  Better balance between work and rest, demands of others and self-care, and even literal balance as far as being able to hold positions without toppling over.  I have begun practicing the art of flow yoga and I love it.  Hopefully it will help me find that balance and inner peach while also having the benefit of toning and increasing my flexibility.

    Not that you need the help but my guess is it’ll help you hold spanking positions more comfortably.

    I have to admit as game as I am for sticking with my pretty intense workout regimen, I have been reluctant to get on board with yoga sessions mostly because I feel I won’t get major calorie burning results. But people say it has many benefits. Can you let me know if you have positive results.
